Vikings littlest cheerleader

Patrick grew up in MN making him a serious Vikings fan. Before DAB was born he scoured NFL sites trying to find her just the right outfit for football viewing. Unfortunately (ahem) it didn't make it to ID in time to go to the hospital with us and become her coming home outfit. But the last two games she has been loyally clad in purple and gone with Dad to bond and watch the game. This week she made it till half time before disapointment in her team (or a wicked hunger) got her dropped off with Mom. If only she had held out to see them come out victorious! * Disclaimer- Mom is doing the typing on this one and as she opted to spend the evening taking a much needed shower and a nap she had no idea what the game was really like. Confirming the final score with Dad just opened a whole can of irrate football babble... she should have known better...

Dad and Dailey.. she's hiding in her sling which is Dad's favorite piece of baby gear. He's worn her around Boise, through the neighborhood, to football and to the weekly firepit gathering in it!

This is Mom's cousin Brent.. holding babies makes him very nervous!

Here's Aunt Sue, she was able to gloat to Pops later that she beat him to Dailey.

When Mimi attacks

With a mere three days before Mimi has to go back to Texas today was a dedicated picture day! We should have a huge upload of the shoot in the next few days but here's two snaphots from her camera that were sweet enough to need quick posting.

Brom's visit

The Brom's left this morning for MN. We had a great visit with them and wish that we had been able to spend more time with them while they were here. :D Dailey is lucky to have two sets of grandparents that love her so much!

Momma called the Dr. and the Dr. Said....

Yesterday was Dailey's first Doctors appointment. She wailed through most of it (all that mandatory naked time!) but it went well. She has regained the weight she lost in her first week and is now 7 pounds 9 ounces. At our lactation appointment last week she had gone down to 6 lbs 7 ounces- Eating is clearly one of her primary pastimes. She has also grown a whopping quarter of an inch! It's slow progress but those long Danielson legs are going to come in eventually!
