"Hello I'm Dale"

We went adventuring to the BX the other day and raided the sales rack. The girl one was picked pretty clean but the boy rack had these PJs so we scooped them up. After all jammies are jammies and sale jammies are the best kind! The morning after their first wear Dailey and I figured we'd play "Pretend you are a Boy" so I could test out boy names in case a brother ever comes along. (Patrick has been gone a week and we're coming down with a case of cabin fever.) It was rather successful and we have two options firmly settled on. After our morning of gender bending Daileyanne proved her femininity by demanding all three of my bracelets. She gave them a taste and promptly put them on up to her elbow. It still amazes me that she knows what you are supposed to do with them...she plays with one once a day and just when I panic that she's dropped it in a store I catch sight of "her" jewelry right where it belongs. I LOVE my girly GIRL!

  1. That's one of the benefits of having a girl. You can't get away with gender change day as easily when you have a boy. Rob would flip out if had ever put Jase in a pair of pink jammies. LOL

  2. SO true. The girls can wear ANYTHING, but you can't do that with baby boys. :)
And she is SO adorable, that you could put her in trucks and blue and planes and everyone would Still know she was a girl!
