We have a new hat in the house! As much as we loved wearing our pumpkin hat through the Halloween seaon we are glad to have a another pink hat in the house. Before Daileyanne was born Patrick liked to groan about the amount of pink building up in her closet. He'd put up this big manly show lamenting about how his beloved daughter would develop Disney Princess syndrome. How every outfit change on his shift would be into yellow or purple or shades of tan. How he'd fight the good anti pink fight and hold true to the tomboy cause. How we couldn't possibly need four different pink hat options for wear after birth.
But when our mighty manly man was sent home to gather outfits for her to wear in the hospital what did he come bounding in the room with a big adoring grin on his face?
PINK!
